Dining here at Brightlycott Dining at Brightlycott Cottage is informal and somewhat of a casual affair when it comes to mealtimes, particularly breakfast time. We feel that it is important to recognise that this is your holiday - a time when you should be able to relax and dispense with rigid timetables. Breakfast at Brightlycott Cottage can be taken at any time between 7.00 am and 10.00 am. So for those of you that are planning on a long day out that necessitates an early start, to those that are pursuing a more leisurely day, you can start it with a breakfast of your choice, at a time that is more convenient to yourselves. All of the vegetables served with our main meals at Brightlycott Cottage are locally grown and whenever it is possible we only purchase Organically Grown produce to ensure that we are serving our guests the very best and freshest ingredients that North Devon have to offer. The Brightlycott Breakfast. Many people say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and we tend to agree. At Brightlycott Cottage we also pride ourselves on the fine selection of foods that are available for our vegetarian guests, offering no less than five different mouth-watering starters, six different main meals and six different desserts to choose from. In fact, with so much on offer its worth considering staying for six nights just to give yourselves the opportunity to try them all! Starters:
