Brightlycott Cottage Tariff.

B & B prices are based on per person per night and are inclusive of a full breakfast and evening meal. The Chauffeured Breaks prices include all travel costs within a 50 mile radius of Brightlycott Cottage for the duration of your holiday, including your parties collection and return to any of the points listed. The Door to door service charge is extra, please see the Door-to-door Service page for full details.

Chauffeured Breaks.

Prices are based on the type of break and are inclusive of an evening meal, a full breakfast and transport costs (excluding the door-to-door service).

Please note that all Chauffeured Breaks must be pre-booked and fully paid for two weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday.


Payment and Terms.

Terms: Pre-booked Chauffeured Breaks - A 10% deposit of the total cost is payable on booking and fully paid for two weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday.

Pre-booked B & B breaks - A 10% deposit of the total cost is payable on booking, accounts must be settled by cash or cheque on arrival, however, we only accept cheques to the value of your bankers card or if presented seven days prior to departure.

Reservations: Bookings made by telephone will be considered provisional and held for seven days only pending receipt of the deposit. Rooms reserved over the telephone at short notice are held on a 6.00pm release basis.

Cancellations: In Britain the acceptance of a hotel booking by telephone or in writing is generally regarded as a legally binding contract. If you have to cancel your reservation please advise us immediately and confirm in writing. If we are unable to re-let the accommodation we are entitled to claim compensation, usually two-thirds of the agreed price. Any deposit will be included as part of this payment. In their interest, guests are recommended to take out holiday insurance. No reduction can be made for temporary absence, meals not taken or rooms not occupied for total duration of booking.
